“Quick! Act Natural!”
From a very young age, I’ve enjoy ~playing~ … who hasn’t? To me the Craft of Improv is all about recalling what it is like to play. Sadly, there is much un-learning required by people in our society in order to get into that mindset that came so easily when we were children.

After taking a number of Improv classes from BATS, I’ve felt that I’ve gotten more in touch with what it takes to learn to play…and how to teach others to do likewise. I’ve taught 6th-grade students to explode, to make a “Giggle Machine”, to work with space objects, to tell a great story, and to forget the fear of opening up their mouths that they have already begun to learn. I’ve also taught adults in single-session forums to open up and let the creativity come.

If you are interested in setting up an Improv Class (one or multiple sessions) for your business group, family reunion, coffee clache, or grade school class, please contact me to discuss rates, class formats, and your goals (“have fun”, “build teamwork”, etc.). This is more affordable than a caterer and will have a lasting and positive impact on the participants.
